Covid-19 Update

Following the weekend’s government announcement, Boulder Hut will be temporarily closed from Thursday 5th November until further notice (hopefully 2nd December!)

What does this mean for your booking/pass?

  • All climbing booking slots from Thursday onwards will be cancelled and refunds issued as required.
  • All courses will be paused and will reconvene when we're back open.
  • All Ultimate Passes have been frozen from 5th November and the 26 days that we’re closed will be rolled forward to when we’re allowed to reopen. You don’t need to cancel the payment with your bank.
  • During the previous lockdown we were extremely grateful to our wonderful customers who chose to continue to pay their Ultimate Pass monthly membership or make a donation even whilst we were closed. If you wish to support us at this time, please complete this form and we will set it up so you’re billed on 1st December. It made a massive difference to us as a business last time and we would be hugely grateful if you are in a position to support us again in this way, but we fully understand that most people don’t have that luxury.
  • If you’re not a member and would like to support us through these difficult times, please consider purchasing a gift card

Finally, although this is a sad and difficult time for everyone, we just want to say a huge thank you to all our customers. Over the last 3 months our business had continued to grow – despite all the distancing measures and booking requirements – and we are so in awe of our wonderful local climbing community! We just can’t wait to be back again!

See you soon and hang on!

With love
